How I work

I help companies investigate operational problems and test possible solutions before they spend heavily on development. Most engagements move through three stages, and each stands on its own — you can stop after any of them.

1 · Product discovery

We look at the workflow, the users, the constraints and the tools already in place, and work out what should actually be built — and what should not. You get a workflow map, a technical concept, a prototype plan, the main risks and an estimate of the implementation stages.

2 · Working prototype

The smallest version that demonstrates the real value, even if parts stay manual or simplified behind the scenes. It exists to answer one question: will anyone use or pay for this?

3 · Product implementation

Once the concept has proven itself, I build the system for real — software, devices, dashboards, deployment and integrations — reliable enough for daily operation.
